We are a Malaysian non-profit organisation registered with the Registrar of Societies. We exist to spark ideas, encourage civic dialogue and empower people to take action.
Through leadership development, training and community programmes, we help turn conversations into collaboration and ideas into meaningful impact.

A young person recognises an issue in their neighbourhood, among friends or within a community that deserves attention.
They get closer to the issue, listen to others, ask better questions and understand how change actually happens.
They find peers, mentors, communities and partners who can learn with them and strengthen the idea.
Through real projects and shared experiences, their ideas become initiatives and their participation becomes leadership.
